(picture from the site)This site is insane- not only because it is a blog of people laying facedown in weird situations, but because it started in my neighborhood and is now international. Kids from all over the world post pictures for competetions on the site- all involving laying somewhere facedown. We had some crazy fads when I was in school, but social media definelty has brought kids ideas to a whole new level!

ReplyDeleteMy best friend is from this neighborhood too and his friends started this site. I just found out about this site and i think it is so funny. I actually may have a picture on this soon. Social media with dfd helped alot.

ReplyDeleteIm from the delco area as well and this site is all the rage in my high school. My facebook wall is littered with kids uploading their FaceDown pictures. I think it is pretty cool how this social media started so close to home now it is international!
ReplyDeleteI've seen the posters around Philly and I was really curious about the site. I can't believe this is now a international phenomenon. It is really cool to see a local event like this cause so much buzz.
